Great Customer Service I bought a used car in August 2020 that was banged up and pretty dirty inside with mildew. At the time my son was 1 year old, so there was no way I was going to put him in a dirty car. So at 5am in the morning I was texting different companies and that's when I met Kap. Firstly I was shocked that he responded at that time in the morning (very polite) and we kept the textation going until I was booked in to see him and the results was amazing. In June 2021 I bought a 20 year old car that smelt horrid, and looked absolutely filthy inside, so I reached out to Kap again and the results this time was mind blowing. The car looked brand new, Kap restored the original carpets, the doors, leather seats looked and feel new, every nook and cranny was cleaned to perfection. - very educated about cars - goes above and beyond - very polite and hard working - happy to help, warm demeanor and doesn't make you feel uncomfortable about the condition of your car and that's what made me go back to him, his outstanding customer service.
