Kris was really friendly and professional. I had a smart thermostat multizone system fitted which took a bit longer than expected due to a couple of issues with my radiators. He explained what the problems were which I wasn't surprised about as I had been having problems with a couple of radiators. Everything connected bar one radiator which I accept. He explained how the thermostat worked for each room and helped with the downloading of the app on my phone. Will definately use KLProperty Improvements again and he will be first person I call when it comes to replacing the problem radiators. More...

Kris has carried out a range of jobs in my new house which needed modernisation. He has replaced my central heating system, replaced my bathroom with a shower room, installed a w/c in an understair cupboard, laid laminate flooring and carried out a number of other electrical, joinery and plastering jobs. The quality of his work is excellent and he is very good at problem solving when issues arise. He is very good at keeping in touch, listening and getting feedback along the way. I’m glad when I see my customers happy after completed project.
What inspired you to start your own business?
My friend, he was younger than me, and he convince me to open my own business he said I’m wasting my time working for somebody when I’m so good.
Why should our clients choose you?
I always trying to help, guide and for me every customer is individual. I am not working like a big companies for most of them, customer is just a number. Also the most important is to be honest.
What changes have you made to keep your customers safe from Covid-19?
