Not impressed, arranged an initial appointment to discuss our requirements. Waited for 20mins past the appointment time before contacting Kym, the owner of the company. She did not appear to be too concerned & was trying to contact Dawn to find out what happened. One hour after the appointment was booked I could not get Kym on the phone, but eventually get a pathetic message about a confusion with time. I only booked the meeting yesterday! I find the whole experience both unprofessional & inconsiderate. Will definitely not be using this company if this is the way they conduct business! More...
