Very pleased with our stunning kitchen. Nerve racking buying something online but totally paid off. Particularly pleased with our bespoke larder cupboard which was going to be twice the price elsewhere.

Martin has been very patient in supporting us from very beginning with design element and product selection through multiple iterations. Unlike major Kitchen retailers, we always felt valued and listened to as we discussed our ideas and plans, even after the order was placed. The team in Christchurch (Terry and Alan) were brilliant and helped us with our design, and were always available to talk. Elite kitchens supplied kitchen units for a large and a small kitchen. We selected Elite as we could see the product was of a very high standard and of particular note the drawers were wood construction with dovetail craftsmen built joints. When the goods were delivered - already built - we realised that these are no mass built units from abroad but have been lovingly constructed in a relatively small workshop. One of the craftsmen delivered and we learned a lot! Each unit was built to order for us.
Once our kitchens were under way we needed some variation as there were awkward spaces so we asked Elite to build us some special non standard doors which allowed our carpenter to be creative with the washing machine and boiler spaces. They built the doors quickly and delivered so as not to hold the project up.
We bought the tulip wood primed but not painted and finished on site. We used Farrow and Ball paint and the finish is truly professional and quite magnificent. You might be disappointed to see the units when they arrive in their raw state but you can have no idea as to how brilliantly they "paint up."

This is a craft built high end kitchen yet the price was competitive to the extent it came in quite a bit cheaper than its main competitors. We also priced up Howdens even using builder's discount and this kitchen was no different in price. I highly recommend this company to work with and this kitchen especially. More...

After visiting retailers like Neptune we realised that you pay a lot for the name and actually there was a lot of inflexibility with the design and budget. So after some research we found Classic Kitchens on the internet and what a find! The customer service was second to none and Alan and the team always made time for my questions and requests no matter how small. I found Classic Kitchens Direct on the web. They provided a painting service that wasn't available with other online companies. I based my judgement on the other reviews and recommendations to help me decide. They provide handmade oak kitchens that you can't buy from the usual retailers but for a price that you couldn't get a bespoke kitchen for elsewhere. They were very helpful and the process went very smoothly. You can do all the work yourself but Alan and the team will support you completely. When it comes to finishing touches they couldn't be more helpful and nothing was too much trouble. If you are looking for a handmade shaker with wonderful oak interiors and drawer boxes , don't look anywhere else. More...

Terry and Alan were very helpful in the design process although I chose what I wanted they were able to adjust all the measurements to fit our space.
