I have had a very good experience dealing with Ben at Kingston Mortgages. I had tried other brokers previously but they were quite unhelpful and made out that the amount I could borrow was quite small. Ben on the other hand seemed to have a much more thorough understanding of the industry and when combined with his can do attitude was able to secure me a loan of over twice what other brokers were offering. I originally bought 50% of a shared-ownership property, later stair-cased to full ownership, then a brief change to a buy-to-let mortgage whilst living abroad and finally back to a Residential mortgage. We were unsure on our options for remortgaging our home and Kingston mortgages offered us excellent independent advice which allowed us to view the best deals across the market as appose to remortgaging with the same lender. We saved time and money!! They managed the whole process from start to finish and kept us up to date. We could view the different lenders and rates available over the best terms and with the expert advice we were confident they picked the right mortgage for us.
