After overcoming my own challenging health issues with the help of Natural lifestyle medicine and Plant-based living, I now teach and support individuals who are tired of feeling low or chronically unwell to make powerful health transformations in their lives so they can become the happy, healthy, awesome person they are meant to be.
Now more than ever with technology overload, rising stress levels, poor diet, overuse of pharmaceutical drugs, and ever-increasing air, land, and sea pollution playing an overwhelming role in the deterioration of health, we are called upon to reconnect to what matters within ourselves and the environment in which we live, to awaken our inner doctor and nurture, with kindness, mind, body, and planet. Kindbodyplanet hosts a private, natural health clinic caring for many different types of challenges on a one to one basis. We welcome you to a professional, calming and nurturing environment. Designed with your utmost care in mind. Sited in a relaxing garden setting. Furnished with consideration to both patient and planet. Decorated using breathable, cruelty-free, vegan, eco-friendly, non-toxic, non-allergenic (plastic, metal and phthalates free) paint, to counteract allergies and asthma. Baby and pregnancy safe.
We offer a variety of therapies for mind, body and spirit. We also hold classes – and workshops, courses and educational events, for mind, body, spirit and planet.
We produce our own small line of products which are Vegan Founded registered. All other products we use are also vegan, and we aim to use organic as much as possible.
The clinic is a multidisciplinary clinic offering many therapies and treatments for all-around health care, with one careful, extensively qualified practitioner to guarantee professional continuity of care.
