What do you love most about your job?
The satisfaction knowing the customer has had the service they would expect with little inconvenience and a product that meets their needs at an affordable price.
What inspired you to start your own business?
I have been in the trade for over 20 years and worked in all aspects of the industry from basic maintenance installation service diagnosis to dealing with customers issues and wholesalers and managing a team of engineers to make sure we delivered and met their expectations. I thought it was time for me to use all of the knowledge and experience I have gained to build something I can be proud of.
