We used Kidsrule for our sons 1 year birthday and Christening party. From the very first phone call right through to the end, Michelle and her team were incredibly professional and friendly, she went out of her way to help me work out the right combination for the space. ... she even tried to save me spending unnecessary money!! The equipment was in good condition and when they arrived care was taken to ensure the soft play etc was thoroughly cleaned and disinfected. So impressed with Kids Rule. It was our first time using them and we'll definitely use them again. Shaun was at the venue before we arrived. He cleaned all the equipment whilst setting up our bouncy castle. Very hygienic. He showed me how to turn it off and on for announcement-making and it was so easy to use. I can't recommend Kids Rule enough. Michelle is super helpful and always punctual when setting up the equipment. All equipment is cleaned on arrival before it's laid out so very hygienic which is great when you have small children. Kids Rule has helped my partner and I put on super-fun and memorable birthday parties for our little one for the last two years. Michelle gives good advice about what is age-appropriate, is flexible with the packages (offering to throw in extra animal hoppers to prevent toddler tantrums!), and always prompt in communicating. Her ball pond, slide and animal hoppers have gone down a treat with the 0-5 year olds at my daughter's 1st and 2nd birthday parties.
