What do you love most about your job?
We have great joy in comforting, helping and putting smiles on our clients. Serving the local community with the intention of adding values to our clients' day to day living serves as our strength.
What inspired you to start your own business?
We started the domiciliary care business because we realised that not many organisations in this sector have the compassion, passion and strength to meet the demands and needs of the people that require their services. This was a big burden to us and we decided that we want to make a change by making the clients our priority.

Our focus is to serve all our clients in excellent ways, irrespective of age, gender or disability state. Our name speaks for us. Key Point as a name, indicates our readiness not to neglect the key points areas, among others and deliver quality services to all our clients.
