I had combination brows done last week with Ketna & I absolutely love them!I felt so comfortable straight away, the studio is beautiful with a window on the roof to watch the clouds go by as you have your brows done! So relaxing. We started by measuring the eyebrows and making them perfectly symmetrical! Ketna takes pride in her work and things have to be perfect which is great because now i wonderful brows! The combination treatment is painful but bare able and so worth the results. I love not having to do anything to my brows everyday! Ketna made me feel so welcome and we had a lovely chat! Absolutely love my new brows, have waited so long to have them Ketna’s passion for her work is so very evident! She took the time to listen to what I wanted and advised accordingly! She took her time and care to ensure my brows look symmetrical, right colour & shape for my face! Every stroke was completed with such professionalism. After care fully explained and left with a little self care pouch! Her salon is clean and warm with lovely soothing music to make you feel relaxed and comfortable! I am soooo loving my new brows, have waited so long to have them.
Ketna, listened to what I wanted ensuring that everything was explained and understood.
The passion for her work is so very evident!
She took time and care to ensure they looked symmetrical, right colour & shape for my face! Every stroke was completed with such precision. Left her salon with a kit for aftercare and full instructions.
I was so very impressed with her and her ,professionalism.
Her salon environment was clean, warm with relaxing music playing in the background.

I had my microblading done last week and my experiance with Ketna has been exceptional.This lovely lady is so passionate about her work it's a treat to watch her in action. After some research and ringing around diffetent clinics I felt confident enough to go ahead and have my procedure done with her.I found her integrity and honesty capturing and she offered me a face book offer which I had no idea about which I feel she did not need to and certainly a very rare quality most business owners own these days.Ketna is immensely professional and has a beautiful personality to match and really made me feel comfortable and valued whilst welcoming me in her professional and very clean clinic. The whole procedure was carried out with attention to detail with good chunk of time invested in mapping out the shape of the eyebrows. Until I wasn't happy and she wasn't sure we countinued to shape and shape and shape with no rolling of the eyes on her part. The information prior and post treatment has been brilliant however questions come to mind and so I've messaged her sevral times with timely response back and nothing is too much trouble attitude on her part. I had my microblading done by Ketna. I honestly can't put into words how lovely she is and how happy I am with the results. For me microblading was a really big decision and Ketna fully explained everything clearly and patiently and answered all my questions to make sure I was happy. During the procedure she was calming, patient and listened to exactly what I wanted making me feel at ease throughout. I am so happy with the results and can highly recommend Ketna if you are thinking of microblading. I absolutely love my new eyebrows, from no brows to "wow brows" what a complete transformation. Ketna is truly a perfectionist, from the moment you walk in the door she puts you at ease, she is kind and understanding and listens carefully to what her clients wishes are.
