Great price considering the deposit back guarantee which was my main draw to this company. Full deposit back which was great. My only gripes were that upon arrival stated that it would be more than initially agreed and some communication issues during the process. My advice would be to confirm and discuss over email so everything is in writing. Other than that, great! More...

End of tenancy clean left spotless

We hired Kerri for an end of tenancy clean which was essentially worthless. Our letting agent sent us a dozen photos which highlighted just how bad the cleaning standard was. There was visible dust/ hair all over the floor from where we had moved our furniture the day before, the carpet was wet but not in anyway clean and the inside of the windows were not touched either. We had to pay the same amount again to our letting agent for a proper clean. Despite this we only asked for half of our fee back as she had spent a lengthy amount of time at the property, however she refused as she had spent 4 hours there. To her admittance the house wasn't clean and she offered to go back (the keys were already handed back and the letting agent had no confidence in her ability to sort out the issues). I was moving out of the property and opted for the end of tenancy cleaning. Kerri was impeccable with her work. She was quick and in no time cleaned the property, thanks Kerri !!

I recently moved and the oven in my new property was disgusting, so bad I couldn’t use it. I tried to clean it myself but it really needed a professional clean. Brilliant - Kerri turned up with her colleague and they turned a much loved (but not proerly cleaned for, oh, about 20 years) property into something at least passable. Not perfect, but short of a flamethrower and a total refit it was never going to be...

Kerri come out on a lastminute.com request by myself. She was happy to take on the job even though it was a deep clean of a three bedroom house.
When Kerri arrive and throughout her clean, she was extremely pleasant to have in my home, did an excellent job at making my home look beautiful. Will definitely be calling her again to come back.

Unfortunately, we have experienced a really unprofessional service from Kerri.

We booked Kerri at short notice having received a property back. We sent pictures to her of the property.

Kerri did clean the property ok, apart from the sink, front door (which she later said she doesn’t do outside), sink that was left dirty and THE FRONT DOOR LEFT WIDE OPEN FOR OVER 4HRS!! Until we visited the property to check the work.

We were shocked, and Kerri admitted that she must’ve forgotten to close the front door because “it was a hot day.” I am aghast, as although she said sorry, she seemed to have no inclination of the huge security risk this posed – which insurance company will pay for any damage that might have happened – when the door was left wide open?!

I was hugely upset by this but messaged her to ask for an invoice. She then said that she sends the invoice after payment. I explained that is a receipt after payment – an invoice is a request for payment.

I then messaged her back, as by then it was late evening, to say I would pay tomorrow.

Well… several messages were sent that night, next morning, about 5/6 phone calls saying I need my money. I ignored them as I had told her that I would pay today. She even sent a message the next morning to say “Hello please can you pay today as I need to buy petrol.” As I write this, the day is not even over.

So you can imagine my astonishment when I started getting several missed calls from another number. I answered to find a guy saying he worked for Kerri (clearly wasnt sounded like a Partner/ family member that she went crying to without telling the full story as he was unaware of what had happened), and Kerri wants her money. I asked why he and Kerri were calling me and my partner (over 10 times overnight) one day after I received the invoice, after I had messaged to confirm payment would be made the next day after the invoice was received. I pointed out that some might argue that we shouldn’t pay, but that I had already confirmed in writing that we would pay the invoice received – despite her huge security breach. Kerri then came on in the background to say she had had bad experiences where people had not paid, clearly not an excuse for treating any Client badly and unprofessionally. I said given 1. We had paid a deposit and 2. I had immediately responded to her invoice to say it would be paid the next day – I couldn’t understand why they were blowing up my phone.??!!

So clearly:
1. An unprofessional duo
2. They don’t understand finance/ invoicing
3. I am guessing this ort of behaviour is why shes had several bad experiences with Clients (as she described).
4. The invoice had no address, contact, or business details… which makes it seem like all is not above Board with her “business”

BE WARNED.

I'm sorry I did not call your phone 10 ten times overnight, i have proof of that. I requested £40 deposit off you which i received promptly thank you. I am very sorry that the front door was left open, a mistake on my behalf again sorry. I have been self employed for over 5 years and have got over 50 reviews on bark.com more good than bad. This situation has been blown way out of proportion. A end of tenancy clean usually means a invoice to show the landlord a PROFESSIONAL END OF TENACNY CLEANING SERVICE INVOICE. This is what I sent over to you later on in the evening. I have no obligation on being rude or unprofessional, I try the ultimate best at what I do as i enjoy it. I have the ultimate respect for my clientle and have been a victim of customers not paying at all and it has been to a small claims court.

Got a reasonable quote from Kerri and immediately made my decision to go with her for my end of tenancy clean. I paid a £40 deposit to secure a date.
I had to message Kerri a few times to double check she was coming as I had had barely any contact with her since paying the deposit. The few weeks or so on the lead up to the clean, she kept promising an email with confirmation of the paid deposit and the job at hand. I never received anything.
The morning of, she confirmed she was coming, she told me she was sending her partner instead and she asked for an increase in price from £130 to £150. I was a little uncomfortable to find out that I had booked a female cleaner as a female myself, but she was sending a male. When he arrived, he was super friendly and knowledgable and took a lap around my flat pointing out all the things he could clean. I felt very comfortable leaving the flat in his hands for the 3/4 hours Kerri told me it would take him to finish the job.
The day went on and I busied myself with moving errands. 6 hours into the clean, I had to leave so I left the key with him to lock up when he left. Eventually, her partner finished the clean and left, immediately messaging me asking for the remaining balance to be paid. As I was over an hours drive away, I paid straight away.
The following day, I went back to the flat to collect my last few bits, inspect the professional clean and return the key to my landlord. I found the stairs in the flat not even hoovered, let alone steam cleaned, which is one of the main jobs I had requested. He had cleaned the bathroom, kitchen, fridge and oven to a good standard. The kitchen floor was dirty and under the door to the freezer there was still crumbs and food that should have been cleaned.
I messaged Kerri to report that the stairs were untouched and her response was "he said they were bad." I find that response to be completely unacceptable as the flat was not in a bad condition, and even if it was, I had specifically hired a professional cleaner (I paid £150 overall) to clean it, and even if it was "bad," it should have been cleaned to an acceptable standard.

Overall, I would say this was a fairly average service, less than adequate with a few let downs and pretty terrible communication. More...

Kerri did a great job cleaning my oven. She was very pleasant and professional. I would happily recommend her.

Kerri and her partner showed up on time (in fact early!) and did a thorough job, bringing the flat back from an end-of-tenancy tip to where we could do further work on repainting etc.

My cooker was a disgrace when they left. I have had to buy some oven cleaner to do it myself. The oven was full of water so I had to dry it before I could use it as water and electricity do not bode well! !! The floor in the kitchen was soaking wet and any bits from the cooker were on the floor. They used the sink which has been very badly scratched. One of the kitchen units had a piece gauged out. It took us 30 minutes to clean everything. We are both 75 and 77 we paid £75 pounds to have our cooker cleaned and think we should have our money back. My sons are disgusted and outraged. This was not the conventional oven clean they used CIF and a (broken)steamer. Idid query this as we usually have people that use the acid but was she said it was more friendly. I hired her for an end of tenancy clean. She was good with communication and was timely in arriving. However, She quoted £125 to do the following job as part of end of tenancy clean - doors and windows, Kitchen (with oven and refrigerator), one bathroom and one W/c. No carpets or walls.

She did a good job with kitchen, did only the toilet floors and didnt touch the rest as it was done by someone previously (but didnt do a good job). She hardly did anything with the doors and windows, did hoover the carpets and made an unsuccessful attempt at cleaning a patch of mould in a corner. She left the rubbish outside by the bins, and as it was a flat, there were complains from the neighbors so I had to go and dispose it. She was clearly in a rush and only spent a few hours in the property (which works out around £40 per hour) and didn't really leave the property to a good standard. She said if we are not happy with the cleaning , she would come back and re-do the areas. But she didn't respond back to messages or pick up my calls. She has overcharged for an incomplete job. I tried to use this company ... booked an appointment for 10.00am, received a text that morning asking could they come at 11. 00am instead, I replied yes and then at 11.00 they cancelled. I booked 10.00am the next morning, they agreed then changed that morning to 11.00am. I'm still waiting at 5.00pm for someone to arrive!! Needless to say absolutely unreliable!!!! More...

They are dodgy cleaners. The cleaning included upholstery for which they didnt have any equipment. Broke the hood while cleaning. Awful cleaning except the bathroom which was spotless. I had to spend couple of hours to sort out. Tricked me to give them the money by cash and I had to chase them for few days to give me the invoice/receipt. They did give me the receipt but a fake one. Overall terrible experience.
