What do you love most about your job?
Here at Kerr Family Funerals we count it an immense privilege and honour to be asked to care for and look after those who have passed away. We are a very personal service, and will work with you to provide a funeral service that is fitting, respectful and dignified.
What inspired you to start your own business?
Being able to care for families and look after their loved ones in a very personal way, delivering a very bespoke and individual service means so much to me. I am free to alter and adapt what I can offer to suit the needs of my families, and their requirements for giving their loved one that unique and personal send funeral.

We offer a very individual and personal service to our families and their loved ones. You have direct contact with us at all times through the journey. Each funeral is, and should be, unique and personal, for us it's not about the amount of funerals that we conduct but rather about how we look after you and your loved one who has passed away. Yes, we are happy to work with you in a way that works best for you. We can use telephone, text, WhatsApp, video conferencing and email to deliver to you the information that you are looking for.
What changes have you made to keep your customers safe from Covid-19?
We take the safety and well being of all our families very seriously. Being a small team means that we are able to manage our situation closely. We use appropriate PPE and hand sanitising gel, and are happy to advise and give guidance in relation to the various facilities we use on the day of the funeral itself. We will always advise what the current restrictions are.
