I can’t praise this team enough, my house I moved out of was in prestine condition when I hadn’t the keys over to my landlady , who was more than gladly happy to hand over the full deposit … if there is anyone you need for rental hand back cleaning etc these are the crew to do the job

Where do I start?
Kent Clean Team worked their magic and transformed my recently-deceased mum's flat into a spotless, shiny showroom ready to be put on the market.
Prior to this, I was faced with what can only be described as a two-bedroom flat that "looked like a bomb had hit it"; there were boxes everywhere, half-packed and sorted belongings, dirty ensuite shower rooms, and cupboards full of my mum's clothes that I could not bring myself to sort through, plus the fallout from a dying and sick cat, and a seriously ill sibling. Honestly, it did not look good and I was concerned that no-one would take on the job.
Enter Spencer and Caroline, aka the Kent Clean Dream Team who not only contacted me swiftly and reassured me that it was possible to clear and clean the flat, but also showed compassion and sensitivity at a highly-charged and emotional time. The duo showed up on time, gave me a quote for the job after a site visit, and then booked it in as a three-day job to pack and label boxes with all the belongings I wanted to keep to be sorted at a later date; to remove furniture and take it to the household waste site; and deep clean the flat including the oven, shower cubicles, bathrooms and carpets.
Throughout the process, Spencer and Caroline kept me up-to-date with progress, sent photos (before and after) and checked in with me regarding sentimental belongings that they came across, asking me what to do with them.

They were easy to contact, explained everything they were going to do, able to meet our timescale and very pleasant to deal with. On the day of the clean they rang whilst in transit to advise us of their time of arrival. This was important as we do not live at the property. A very thorough deep clean was done and we met them later at the property. The property was sparkling and we are very impressed with the results and their work ethic. I used Kent Clean Team for an end of tenancy clean. Caroline and Spencer were very professional and detailed when we set up the plan. My flat was cleaned to a high standard, they sent me lots of pictures. My landlord completed the inventory the same day with high praise for the condition of the flat. Firstly, this was the best quote by far I had back from publishing on Bark,
but was also the most professional. Spencer called me to discuss what was needed and sent me a broken down invoice on the same day. Easy to pay via bank transfer. I cannot recommend Caroline enough, what a fantastic job they did. We moved into a new house (previous owner lived in for 17 years and were not the cleanest to say the least)
Arrived on time and spent 6 hrs doing a deep clean and what a fabulous job. They did not leave till we were happy on their service. Needless to say I paid a little bit more as I was extremely happy with their decision.

We can’t thank Caroline and Spencer enough or rate them highly enough. We had just moved into a new house and couldn’t get rid of the smell of the last owners dog, after weeks of trying! They fixed it. Not only that but they worked tirelessly for hours on a fixed rate. They said they wouldn’t leave until the job was done and they meant it.
