Keith Travis is an exceptional professional and has been working for years providing the best service for his clients. Danny Rowan has never met Keith Travis and is situated in Scotland. Unfortunately, Danny Rowan see's it as acceptable to try and destroy a very hard working man's business, who has worked tirelessly hard for his clients and improved their quality of life significantly. Keith Travis is a wonderful and professional man, unfortunately he is being targeted by Danny Rowen who is based in Scotland and therefore has NEVER been able to visit Keith. If he had, he would know that Keith is fantastic at helping people and has 1000s of clients all of which would recommend him. I think it's disgraceful that a man can be targeted for no reason, internet trolls have no place in society and should not be allowed to try and ruin innocent people's highly thought after business. Q&As

I love to see anxious people leave my practice as relaxed people. I also really enjoy hearing feedback from my clients as this gives me an opportunity to asses my work with them and to offer more help if required.

I have always been interested in psychology and found the best and easiest way to help people end their particular issue is hypnotherapy. Because it is the mother of all therapies and works with the part of the mind that causes many of our problems, the subconscious.

I am also trained in EMDR (Eye Movement Desensitisation and Reprocessing) which can also be very effective for trauma and other issues.

I am experienced, qualified and registered. I treat you as an individual because you are unique and therapy should also be unique to you. I work in a non judgmental way, I have successfully helped thousands of people with many different issues from age 8 to those in their 70s. I have been trained by some of leading hypnotherapy trainers from the UK. Australia and the USA. I have had specialist training to help with trauma, PTSD, depression, stop smoking and Phobias. I also trained with the EMDR centre London.

What Problems are Helped with EMDR?
EMDR is the most researched form of psychotherapy to date regarding post traumatic stress disorder, and its results have proven to be effective and long lasting. EMDR has also been successfully used to help clients with:
• Grief and Loss
• Anxiety, Fears and Phobias
• Adult and Childhood Trauma
• Sexual Abuse
• Disturbing Memories
• Depression
• Stress Reduction
How Does EMDR Help to Resolve Problems?
Human beings have the inborn capacity to process disturbing events and feelings. In most instances, the brain reprocesses painful information over time so that it is stored in our normal memory system. In optimal circumstances, the individual can access memories without being unduly stressed. However, there are instances in which the brain becomes overwhelmed and normal processes of problem resolution fail to achieve this desired end. Problems seem to become "frozen" in our minds, and the painful images, thoughts and feelings associated with the event seem to be "locked" in the nervous system, often out of conscious awareness. These memories then have a lasting negative effect on the individuals emotional and interpersonal functioning in the world.
EMDR helps to unlock painful and negative memories, and helps the brain to more effectively reprocess old information so that it becomes less debilitating. The use of bilateral stimulation of the brain via eye movements and sound allows for a resumption of the normal reprocessing so that images, sounds, thoughts, and feelings can be experienced without undue upset and disorganisation.

Having trained with EMDR Centre London. I can help you with all the above issues and more.
