Brilliant service from Simon the engineer, the man deserves a bonus! He was really friendly, funny and knew what the issue was after two engineers who visited previously had fobbed me off and didn’t seem to know what was wrong. Arrived on time, quite an abrupt engineer, the service had not been booked incorrectly, I had asked for a boiler and fire service, clearly my request had not been listened to. I had been booked in for a boiler service only. When I asked for the fire to be checked, he clearly didn't know how to service it and asked me where is the chimney, laughed as I said it didn't need a chimney, he rang someone about it and I showed him the paperwork showing these facts, he checked it, but in my view afterwards he shouldn't have done as he didn't know how to service it. What do you love most about your job?
Like the 4th emergency service, people only ever call when something has gone wrong... they have no heating or hot water. I love talking to our customers and helping restore their heating as soon as we can. We have some customers that have been with us for over a decade, I've heard about their grandchildren, we compare notes on our dogs and I've loved that we've been a part of their journey!
What inspired you to start your own business?
Being a small company, we realised we were able to offer a very personal service to our customers. That's really important to people.

What changes have you made to keep your customers safe from Covid-19?
We provide all our staff with masks and gloves to wear wherever possible.
Boiler replacements
We install all the major boiler manufacturers, combination boilers, regular boilers and electric boilers.
Boiler breakdown/service
We will repair your broken boiler, and carry out the annual service, particularly important if you have a manufacturer guarantee.
Hot water cylinders
We repair and replace hot water cylinders
Landlords gas safety inspections
We will liaise with your tenant, taking the headache away from you.
Under floor heating
We install, maintain and repair all aspects of water based under floor heating.
Controls
Pumps, motorised valves, programmers, timeclocks and room thermostats... we do them all.
