Hi, I am Kieran Culligan, and I have 20+ years of experience in leading learning and development operations for global and high-profile clients across various sectors, including financial services, public, automotive, oil and gas, and business services.
Coaching as a tool to develop and realise potential is a passion of mine. All learning interventions can be positive, coaching though is particularly powerful in the right circumstances.

During my experience with high profile client portfolio, I design and implement high-impact and sustainable learning, talent, and organisational development programmes that span employee lifecycle in support of strategic goals and objectives.

I have demonstrated ability to identify and capture new opportunities for enhancing organisational effectiveness, and provide systemic and straight forward approaches with measurable impact to addressing business needs.

I am adept at leading teams and vendors in the programme design and implementation of end to end talent management and team development solutions through evaluation, design, and delivery of leadership development, and career development.

My significant achievements include:

• Delivered and designed management coaching and mentoring workshops, as well as internal sales academy sales and sales management modules in Saudi Arabia while delivered training in automotive sector in Saudi Arabia and Egypt.
Provided coaching and mentoring services within UK public sector and in commercial call centre environments.
• Collaborated with overseas delegates from East and West Africa and the Middle East through significant adaptation of course materials based upon the levels of English understanding.
• Worked with The Lamborghini Training Academy to develop employees’ sales skills through sales management workshops, enhancing their customer journeys and outcomes.
• Led civil service learning programme to deliver performance management as well as development programmes and individual workshops to operational, mid-level and senior grade managers across all levels.
• Focused on negotiation and influencing skills, continuous improvement, customer service, assertiveness at work, train the trainer and facilitation skills to UK government secure sites.
