I went to see Kaye today for a Zone Face Lift and I can hand on heart say it is the best treatment I have ever experienced. Kaye is so friendly and welcoming, she is highly knowledgable and makes you feel completely comfortable during your treatment. I left feeling relaxed, happy, my skin felt (and smelt!) incredible, my fine lines were reduced and the migraine that was starting when I got to Kaye’s treatment room was gone once the treatment was finished. Had my first ever reflexology experience with Kaye last week. Firstly, Kaye was so welcoming and calming. Super knowledgeable and incredibly easy to chat to. Having struggled with sleep quality for a long time I was interested to see how the treatment impacted my sleep. So far my deep sleep has almost doubled and I feel far more calm and rested. The biggest thing I have noticed and am interested to monitor over the coming weeks, is that my HRV (measures the body’s central nervous system and responses in terms of being rested / recovery etc) has crept up higher than it usually is. Which suggests that my body is certainly less stressed and recovering better from my usual routine of a busy life and intense training. I went to see Kaye for some maintenance TLC reflexology. When I told her that I am rehabilitating bilateral calcific tendinitis to my shoulders she suggested RLD, from the 1st session I noticed a significant reduction in the crepitus I have, which lasted about a week so I am currently trialing weekly sessions. I booked a last minute foot reflexology appointment with Kaye last month and I am so pleased I did. Kaye is so warm and welcoming and really knows her stuff. I went in to the appointment just feeling "a bit off" and couldn't quite put my finger on why. It felt like pressure was lifted during the treatment, leaving me feeling instantly lighter and much more relaxed. Just wanted to say thank you to Kaye, I have visited Kaye 3 times over the last 2 months for ear candles and face reflexology, I completely lost my smell back in January due to covid. For me personally it has really helped my sense of smell come back. From the first visit I started to get a small amount of smell back which was brilliant after months of not smelling anything at all. I’ve never had any treatments like that before and Kaye puts you at ease from the very start, she is warm and welcoming and the environment she has created is lovely and relaxing.
