I love it when I see real change has happened for someone who has suffered so much emotional pain. Seeing someone feel lighter, happier, calmer and more positive about themselves and their relationships is the whole reason I chose this as a profession.

I wanted to be able to offer huge flexibility and I can do this working from home. This means that I can work around my client's day to day schedule, change appointments last minute and work in a way that suits each individual. I have created a warm calm and safe space for people to visit me in, which is easily accessible and I offer free parking and a beautifully relaxed therapy room.

Working on a long-term basis, we will explore unresolved emotional trauma and the impact this has had on your coping mechanisms. By working collaboratively we will establish a range of new coping mechanisms that will help you sleep better, enjoy life free from panic attacks and improve all your relationships.

Most couples experience up to six years of relationship difficulties before they seek help and usually problems are centred around communication, loss of trust and intimacy or a more general growing apart. This is where I can help. Following a step by step programme which takes the time to hear both of your individual stories and the difficulties you have experienced as a couple, I will guide you towards finding greater closeness, a deeper understanding and acceptance of each other and ultimately lead you into a much happier and more fulfilling relationship.
