Katie photographed our wedding back in March. I have to start by saying what a beautiful human she is! she had a smile on her face from start to finish. she made sure me and my wife were comfortable at all times. It can be so hectic rounding up a large family like mine for a group photo but Katie didnt stress at all and the group photo is beautiful. She is such a positive person and her ideas for photos are unreal. Katie went above and beyond for us and made the day that little bit easier. She communicated with us throughout the whole process. She even met up with us before the wedding to make sure she knew exactly what we wanted. Our wedding photos arrived and I have to say the presentation was outstanding. The wooden box the photos come in is beautiful. the nicest touch was including a USB drive with all our photos on, along with loads of printed copies. To sum up, I will never use another photographer after using Katie as I feel like they would be a disappointment. We have made a friend for life in Katie. We adore her attitude towards life. This shoot was a blast! Katie is a lovely person who was confident and chatty from the offset, we felt totally at ease with her.
We shot quickly in a variety to locations and it just flew by.
Katie knows what she's looking to get from a shoot - with a good eye for surroundings/backgrounds - and was good at giving direction while retaining a very natural/relaxed look.
Hopefully we got some good images, the ones I had a glimpse of were great - I'd completely recommend Katie and would happily work with her again sometime :)

I wanted some photographs to commemorate my 50th birthday but also recognise the 47 years friendship with my friend Pauline. I didn't want staged studio photos. After talking with Katy and seeing her work I knew what I wanted. Being lucky to have my business on Burscough Wharf we chose the canal for our location. It was lovely the three of us just walked and chatted and Katie took photographs and myself and Pauline laughed and joked.
