I am posting this on behalf of my partner who has subsequently been blocked by Kathleen’s cleaning... I have been completely ripped off by Kathleen's Kleaning. I took up an offer of having a rug, 2 sofas and an armchair cleaned for £100 on January 27th. She got started and I was called after just 30 minutes saying “I’m all done” which shocked me but I had no real experience nor reason to question the timing. I returned home, the sofas were damp and cushions upright to dry so I didn’t inspect them and I genuinely believed they would look good once dry. Unfortunately once dry they looked no different so I sent 7 pictures. Unbelievably I received a reply insinuating that the sofas were not like this when she left my house. The sofas hadn't even been used. I politely asked twice that she come back and have another go or refund at least part of the money but she flatly refused. After further messages I realised I had been blocked. I really hate leaving a business negative feedback but this lady showed little concern and has no appreciation for offering customer service. Please avoid this lady - I dont want others to also fall for her 'special offers'. She could have so easily come back and corrected her work but chose not to. The sad thing is I also told her I was looking for a regular cleaner too and she could have had this work and more besides. More...

********AVOID AT ALL COSTS******** I have been let done 4 times in the past 2 weeks by this woman with last minute excuses one after the other and after agreeing again for her to come today. ..she just never showed, turned her phone off and did not respond to any messages! Taking into account my experience and other reviews on here, she is totally unreliable and shows no signs of courtesy particularly when it’s soo easy to contact someone. I have constantly had to chase her up on each occasion and clearly she was not willing to fulfill an offer she had on her site.
