Iv had one Kate's girls in 3 times now, Jola cleans our 3 bed terrace for 2 hours a week she is amazing! I love her! Her work is immaculate she is polite and considerate she always goes above and beyond what is expected of her. To say having Kate's maids in once a week has changed my family life is no exaggeration, I like a clean and tidy home but when both you and your husband work full time and with two children, two dogs and two cats (yes it's a mad house) it's hard to keep on top of everything and the last thing you want to do is spend weekends scrubbing.
Kate and her husband are lovely to deal with, extremely professional and helpful. The cost of the cleaning is competitive and in my mind money well spent.

I hired this company on the grounds they would concentrate mainly on 1 room. On the second visit priority was not given to the room and I was unhappy with this. I can not fault the work that was carried out but not what I wanted. Due to me complaining they decided to let me down at short notice the following week and never return. More...

Hello Karen. You signed the cleaning agreement for 1 hour of 2 room cleaning (bathroom and living room) which were deep cleaned. Your cleaner worked for you very hard 7th and 14th September. After the first cleaning (when you were very happy) I waited for your payment 2 weeks; after 2nd cleaning I waited for the payment 6 days. I reminded you about the payment 14th, 16th & 18th September. Because you decided to pay less than on the contract. No cleaners wanted to come to you anymore. 25th paragraph of cleaning agreement: A party may terminate the Agreement immediately to the other party if that other party: a. does not pay any sum due to it under the Agreement within 5 days of the due date for payments;
