Being able to find ways to help you overcome problems and take control of your anxiety. My techniques vary depending on each person and each treatment plan is unique. Building a therapeutic relationship with you means that we can work together and find solutions, which is something I find deeply rewarding, My favourite moment is when you say 'I got this'!
