Kate worked with me for 9 months in 2021/22. I found the sessions very helpful - Kate gave me a safe place to explore difficult and painful feelings - I found her attachment approach to be perfectly suited to help me find my way to healing deep-seated wounds. I have been seeing Kate Gomez for four months on a regular basis as I felt I needed professional help with personal issues which were affecting my mental health and wellbeing. During this time Kate has guided me from a dark place into new beginnings.With her advice and understanding I was able to untangle confused thoughts and restructure my mindset about many things.
