KASE Care paid to purchase the request I put on Bark looking for advice. They knew I wasn’t ready to take on a care package from the message I had sent them. But they paid to speak with me and give advice knowing they wasn’t going to get anything back from it. If that isn’t service then I do not know what is. The lady I spoke to on the phone was very friendly and helpful. When I am ready to take on care I will definitely be back in touch with this company. More...

First things I’ll say is that the staff are all really nice, fries don’t accommodating. I had lots of questions (especially at this time with what’s going on) and they were happy to answer everything and didn’t rush me at all.
Secondly they are very reasonable and really seemed to care and want to help.
Definitely recommend using them, just like I am. I was also urge anyone to speak to them first and you won’t need to go anywhere else!

Even more so they even look after dietary requirements (Halal) food which is very important for religious beliefs

KASE Care help me and my family care for my Grandfather. The team are amazing and I can tell they genuinely care for their patients.
They have gone above and beyond numerous times for all of us and I can't thank them enough, most days Grandad will hug his carers before he even notices me!
The team really feels like part of the family and after multiple let downs from other care companies I feel so fortunate to have found one I can trust.

What do you love most about your job?
As the director of a company I love how we as a team can make a difference to our service users and family. All staff in our work place are important and their needs are also extremely important. I love making their work life enjoyable and a place they want to be. With regards to the care we provide....I love the fact we are making this easier for others, giving them the care they require means they do not need to worry about how they will get to bed or how they will cook their dinner. This is because the carers we provide are there for them every step of the way.
What inspired you to start your own business?
My grandad received care many years ago which I feel was not the best. He would pay for an hour and a carer would come in for 30 minutes, rush him, make no conversation and then leave. I decided I wanted to ensure that the people around me who need care deserve the best. I set this company up to give something back to my community and make their lives worth living. Give them the support they need for them to enjoy a rewarding and fulfilling life.

What changes have you made to keep your customers safe from Covid-19?
We only employ staff who can drive to reduce the spread of COVID-19. This means our staff do not need to travel on public transport.
Our staff are tested every 7 days and are provided with full PPE which they are to wear at all times.
We will shortly have access to the COVID-19 vaccine which all of our staff will recieve.
Live-in-care
We can provide live in care across England. We have a number of live in carers already employed by us.
Specialist Care
We provide specialist care for people from birth to adults.
Personal Care
We provide personal care for all ages and needs.
