Karolina communicated promptly and clearly during the process. She was friendly and professional. After making contact she arranged a visit the next day to view the home and provide an instant quotation for the work.
As we were moving out of our home she had to fit in around our Removal company. She arrived as they finished and her team of 3 cleaned started to clean the whole house. The team worked very hard and Karolina showed me the first room she had clean to show me the standard the team would be working to. The standard was excellent and every surface in the rooms was cleaned. The windows were cleaned internally and finally the floors were vacuumed. At the end Karolina asked me to inspect every room to ensure that I was satisfied with the quality of work. I was indeed very satisfied with the look and smell of the whole house.
Karolina messaged me later that evening to tell me the final cost which was as she had originally quoted. In my opinion the work was completed to a very high standard in a short time. The final cost was very reasonable.
It was a pleasure to deal with someone who has high personal standards and a cheerful nature.

Karolina and her colleague (apologies I cannot remember her name) came at short notice, AND on a Sunday, and thoroughly cleaned my house from top to bottom!
I have nothing but praise for this company and I have already retained them for weekly cleaning. Every is sparkling and smells clean and fresh. I highly recommend Karolina, you will NOT be disappointed.
