How long have you been in business?
Five years ago I started a small companionship /pet sitting business, which extendrd to end of let cleaning, property maintenance and dog sitting services so it seems evolve. THIS IS 50 CHARACTERS LONG
Do you bring your own equipment and supplies?
I have all my own well stocked supplies, but I go with what the customer wants and prefers.
What do you love most about your job?
A variety of things. There is always a new challenge and no two days are the same.
What inspired you to start your own business?
A change in personal circumstances, resulted in my starting a companionship business with a view to assisting elderly and housebound customers . This evolved to end of tenancy cleans and property maintenance.
Why should our clients choose you?
Why shouldn't they? I am trustworthy, loyal and reliable. I am not afraid of a challenge, I work hard and always go above and beyond what's expected.

It depends what service you require? If you need any administrative services, typing, book keeping, etc that could be done remotely.
What changes have you made to keep your customers safe from Covid-19?
I take the customer's lead on this, but I take all the necessary precautions anyone would to protect customers from any virus or threat to health.
Pet and house sitting
I have looked after animals and pets in their own homes, where I think they are happiest, even when their owners go on holiday. It is far less stressful on the animals and if done correctly, should be a seamless handover of care. Additionally I provide dog walking and pop in services, to ensure animals are fed, watered and content, while you are away from them for a shorter time frame. Additionally, I will make sure everything is clean and tidy upon your return.
Cleaning Services
I provide house cleaning services, including end of tenancy cleans, regular maintenance cleans, one off cleans, deep cleans, oven cleans and garden tidy up services.
Inventories and Inspections
I have worked for 4.5 years in a Sales and Lettings environment as a Maintenance Manager. I have a broad understanding of many of the issues commonly affecting properties today and the type of tradesmen required to address the problem and fix it. I can carry out and produce an inventory report, check out reports and inspection reports. My USP in this regard is that I will identify any areas of concern, such as broken taps or shower heads, any potential leaks, as well as any mechanical failures or broken fixtures and fittings (prior to the new tenant moving in). Very often these reports are based on a visual inspection and photographs, but I like to go the extra mile and actually check everything is working as it should be.
Secretarial and Clerical Services
During my career I have worked 20 years in IT, providing system support, application support and Management. I have documented processes and workflows, producing quite detailed documents and guides. Additionally I have been a Medical Secretary for 8 years and worked in Sales and Lettings for 4.5 years, so I have a raft of clerical and administrative capabilities I can offer for any short or long term projects, including working remotely or on site.
