Tony is relaxed, composed and honest, which made our interactions and conversations about the work really easy - I didn't feel pressured or like he was exaggerating the complexities/scale of the job. I'd given quite a loose specification for what I wanted doing so was relying on Tony to use his best judgement on many things, and he delivered fantastically - our garden has been saved from the brambles, ivy, and bindweed and is now a clean slate for us to grow in and enjoy. When it came to payment, Tony and I had both tallied the same number of hours for the work, again showing integrity and honesty, so there was no awkwardness in our final interactions.
