As I slim lady, for me it was never about losing weight (although this has been very successful for two of the ladies I signed up with whom I now feel are good friends). I am proud of how much I've improved. If anyone is considering kick boxing or even just keeping fit - genuinely look at KBBA and sign up! One of the best things I ever did. I've made some great friends, improved my fitness and stamina which in turn has had a postive effect on my general moods and wellbeing.
