What do you love most about your job?
There is job satisfaction in the job we provide service users greatly appreciate the care they get and because our staff are well experienced and caring they have the knowledge on how to help and not dominate service users they give them choice of the service they want . that gives us the love for the job
What inspired you to start your own business?
Having experienced the need for home care for relative i realised that there was a gap in the Domiciliary care sector and i could take that up and research showed me that a lot of people if they can help would not want to be confined in a nursing or residential home they would rather stay in their homes and get the care they needed comfortably

What changes have you made to keep your customers safe from Covid-19?
COVID -19 has made massive changes in the way care is provided
our staff have all the required PPE gloves masks aprons lateral flow tests are done weekly and recorded
A lot of education has been done to protect our clients the importance of taking all precautions all the time
