I met Leslie a few years ago now and I never turned back! She is amazing personally and professionally ❤ She takes her time and does beautiful work. I've never left unhappy with a cut or color (even the days I couldn't decide and left it up to her). She's also very laid back and easy to talk to, so sitting in her chair is always relaxing. Horrible customer service. We wanted to try the product and needed information. We sent multiple emails, called multiple times, left voicemails and not once we got a call back. Finally we started getting answers by email (We kept getting responses saying they could not give us free product 🤔🤷🏻(we never asked for free products). Long story short, I let them know I was an educator and wanted to purchase products for our clases , K18 didn’t seem to care and kept telling us they didn’t want to collaborate with us because they already had enough requests… ALL I WANTED WAS SOME INFORMATION ABOUT THE PRODUCT AND PRICE INFO FOR EDUCATORS… anyways, Last email I sent I mentioned we were disappointed on how the whole thing was handle on their part, their reply was “sorry you feel that way and have a nice day…” that’s it. No trying to fix the problem… their apology was a blame on us for feeling unhappy. This type of brands show all they care about is selling product and not their customer service. Two days ago Emma came and did an unbelievable job with my ombré! All in the comfort of my own home. She is lovely and honestly I could not recommend her enough! I can’t imagine anyone would be left unhappy as she is a marvellous hairdresser! Hmm, I really don't know what to think. I ordered the trial mask, but it was so small that I only had enough for after 1 wash and like 1/4 the amount I needed for the 2nd wash. My hair did feel good when 1st applied and appears strong, however it seemed to dry my hair out much faster and make it brittle (even with my usual products applied on top which usually keep my hair moisturized). Maybe it just isn't good for my hair texture. Not enough to really test the product at all to see if it could be a staple product. Would like to see how it works after using the recommended 4-6 washes but I'm not sure that paying almost $80 is worth it. More...

I truly don't even know where to start ... Christine is nothing short of amazing. My daughter had tried a couple different salons looking for someone to do her as well as her bridesmaids hair for her wedding - and had become more and more disillusioned with every trial. Desperately, I went onto a couple of the local FB groups and reached out, asking for recommendations from locals. Christine's name came up several times, so we shot her a message. Possibly the worst experience I’ve ever had with a hair product. I’ve never spent this much on a hair product but decided after the hype and recommendations it would be worth it. It broke off so much of my hair that I basically have a mullet. I can’t wear my hair down for anything... they were very quick to return my money but had no explanation as to why this was happening. I appreciate the refund but the refund isn’t going to bring back my hair. Yes, I followed instructions to a T. Highly disappointed. Please do yourself a favor and do not buy this product. More...
