I would give the cleaning service 2/5 on account of the fact that, despite booking a deep clean, there were some areas that were left dirty, i. e. it was actually more of a surface-level clean. Both Kelly and her colleague were friendly and surprisingly fast (they completed my house clean together in a couple of hours!), but I was left sorely disappointed with Kelly's lack of communication; she'd mistaken us with another client (honest mistake, I believe), so hadn't brought her floor-cleaning equipment with her. She agreed to visit on another date to clean the floors, but when tying to arrange this with her, she ignored my attempts to make contact despite offering to return them herself. At one point, she offered to call me back immediately, then, when calling her back later, discovered that her phone was either off or she had blocked me. As a result, my floors are still dirty, and despite paying for a full deep clean, I was given half a surface-level one. More...

I cannot define the meaning of "WOW" for using Kelly's cleaning services. I suffer with alot of disabilities and unfortunately am unable to clean my home which was dirty . Kelly answered my query for a quote from Bark immediately. Kelly knew I was very anxious about using a cleaning service for a deep home clean. Kelly immediately put me at ease and reassured me that she would do a good job. And, goodness me, Kelly turned up today, on time and boy my property looks totally a different home. It is absolutely immaculate thanks to Kelly. Not only is Kelly's work outstanding but Kelly was very friendly, polite and professional. I would 100% recommend Kelly's cleaning services.
