How can someone tell if their Garage is suitable for conversion?
if it's big enough and safe enough to build on and suitable to build with and the customer understands what needs to be done then the job can be done

footings for brickwork, then electrics, and plumbing plasterboarding then flooring
How can someone tell if their loft is suitable for conversion?
this can be done if they have the correct space from the floor to the ceiling and if they can have a stair case go in we're it is safe to do so

Strip Roof off put steel beam in then make frame for loft, then do plumbing and electrics etc
