As a woman I believe it is important to learn self defence, and the principles of Wing Tsun mean that I am able to do this - using my size and stature to my advantage instead of knowing I would lose to a stronger opponent. The classes here cover more than just physical techniques but the whole history and philosophy of the art which means students can understand not just what they are doing, but also why. All the teachers are patient and understanding and it is an amazing atmosphere to learn in. More...
