Vicky Manon helped us secure a mortgage after Japanese Knotweed was found on the property we were purchasing. Vicky was very knowledgeable and did lots of research to secure us a great mortgage deal. I can not recommend Nick enough! He’s been amazing throughout the whole re-mortgage application process. I just wanted to see if we could remortgage for a better rate, however Nick found us a deal with less years, better rate and extra borrowing for less money per month! As first time buyers we didn't have a clue where to begin with the mortgage and buying process. Scott was very helpful and supportive throughout the whole process chasing on lawyers and the vendor continuously. If it wasn't for the damp in the property we may have completed sooner than 3 months it took. Damp works was professionally done, now our house is warm and dry thanks to Scott's recommendation.
