One of Lydia's standout qualities is her extensive network, which she leverages to expedite the mortgage approval process. I’ve got pre-existing conditions that exempt me from most insurance policies, but with her comprehensive understanding of the available insurance options, she found a policy that was tailored to my specific needs, so that I will continue to be able to pay for my mortgage even if I become ill.
In addition to her financial expertise, Lydia offered valuable advice on how to increase and maintain a high credit score. Her insights into credit management were practical and adapted to my individual circumstances. Where I come from, we don’t have the same credit system as in the UK, so I very nearly made several mistakes, such as setting up a new credit card, which could have prevented me from getting my mortgage, but Lydia was always ready with advice and steered me through various credit challenges.
Beyond the financial aspects of the process, Lydia provided invaluable emotional support throughout the often stressful journey of buying a property. Her reassuring presence and genuine concern for my well-being made a substantial difference, bringing me successfully through a process that might otherwise have been overwhelming.

An expert of the mortgage industry and a true professional at her job - she’s helped me get on the property ladder by guiding me every step of the way when I bought my first house. What do you love most about your job?
I started mortgage advising with the desire to help first time buyers get on the property ladder and benefit from the property market in the way I had.
Now as a more experienced adviser, I have found several areas just if not even more satisfying, such as helping people with adverse credit, who believed they would not be able to own their own home or Helping people who have received bad advised in the past and are in financial difficulties due to this.
In general I love to help people.
What inspired you to start your own business?
I have worked in the employed sector for several years and while this provided the experience I required, I have never been able to provide advice in the way I feel it should be done.
The targets and reporting often result in pressure to sell not advise. As a self employed adviser I will never place anyone under pressure of make them feel obliged to use my services. Also the lack of targets allows me to handle fewer cases with far greater personal care and attention my clients deserve.
Why should our clients choose you?
I often explain to clients on the first meeting that obtaining a mortgage, in all but a few unusual cases, is relatively straight forward. It is getting the keys to a property which can difficult, and this is where a good adviser will prove their worth. To this end I will be on hand to assist with any issues that may arise along the way. You will receive regular updates on your purchase/re-mortgage and if this is not proceeding as expected I will assist in chasing all parties to get it back on track.
I have an extremely ethical and considerate approach to the advise I provide, which is supported by a leading network and wide range of mortgage and protection providers to help meet your needs.
