I having been practicing Pilates for 15 years, and qualified as a Level 3 teacher almost seven years ago. Since then I have added to my qualifications with several CPD courses and am now training to teach High Intensity Pilates for those wishing to add some cardio work into their Pilates routine.

What do you love most about your job?
Meeting a wide variety of people and helping them to improve their core strength, flexibility and movement patterns.
What inspired you to start your own business?
I practiced Pilates for seven years before taking the plunge to begin my teacher training.
Why should our clients choose you?
I am friendly and approachable and enjoy getting to know each and every client. People who come to my classes aren't just names and faces - I like to get to know them better so I can help them to achieve their aims.
