The guys that showed up to help move 2 sofas were total darlings! They were on time, helpful, careful moving things, and generously helped me re place the sofas when I changed my mind about where to put one of them, involving lots of juggling things around. Michelle in the office was also really helpful keeping me updated with everything. They are a lovely team to work with and I highly recommend them. Our was an unusual job involving moving three table-tennis tables about half a mile. Two were very heavy and all had to be carried upstairs. Recommend by a friend. Gav arrived with a team member and introduced himself. I explained the boxes have breakables inside.
He instructed how to pick up each box with care, and how to pack them securely.
When we arrived at location, they unpacked the van and carried boxes upstairs.
Me and my wife were happy with the service we received.
We’ve already booked the team to move us to our new office next month.

What inspired you to start your own business?
We started Juss Move I like & appreciate getting bookings. It’s not really about the financial rewards. If anyone in the team, suggesting an idea that works, it shows they are invested in the growth & running a successful business. When an idea to an issue or challenge works out successfully.
Lots of previous customers enquired if we offer other services, which we do. Example: house clearance, dismantling and reassembling items, rubbish removal and office relocation. All jobs can be duscussed.

What changes have you made to keep your customers safe from Covid-19?
As it is no longer compulsory to wear face masks, our team members have masks, should our client’s request them to be worn, team members wear gloves and shoe protective wear when completing messy tasks. Our team members and our clients health is very important and we always aim to keep it at the forefront of our services & business.
