I am a psychotherapeutic counsellor with experience of working with 11-18 year olds, adults, relationships and families.

I have extensive experience working with different issues including:
- depression
- stress and anxiety
- anger
- self-harm
- body image
- eating disorders
- relationships
and more.

I use different approaches in counselling depending on what the client needs and requires and we work together to achieve your goals to live a more fulfilling life.
I use Person Centred Therapy (PCT), Cognitive Behavioural Therapy (CBT) and more, including creative writing and art which can be a fantastic way of expressing thoughts and feelings, which I work with online/remotely.
