The next day he and his team arrived and started work it was brilliant to watch and everything was carried out step by step as he told me

And the tree was down and out within 2 hours.

I have a very steep garden which had been terraced about 10 years ago. The first few steps from the patio to the first level had become challenging as I age. The job was to make them easier for me to climb.
James came up with a range of solutions which did not required the old stone work to be dug out making the work a fraction of the price and much less disruptive than other quotes.
While the work was being undertaken he and his team consulted with me constantly to make sure that each step was ideal for me.
The work is completed in such a way that it blends perfectly with the old steps and it is difficult to tell that they are a new addition.

After my wife had to have surgery for a procedure after losing our daughter pre maturely we both off work unpaid
This company refused to offer a refund of a £150 deposit even after ACCEPTING this in messages (have added screen shots of the texts between us)
£150 might not seem a lot to a company of this size but it is to its customers especially during these uncertain times
Apparent refund was accepted on 22/2 so have left it this long to give them the chance to go through with their decision only for them to completely blank calls, texts and even voicemails More...

James and his team did a fantastic makeover in our garden did what we asked. Always came on time, to a very good price, they were very polite, and hard working, we will highly recommend them,100% and we will have them back.

We user this company a while back for a full garden revamp was blown away by the end result definitely 100%recommend

Had JT Home & garden come and level off my garden. Putting a boarder around the edge of the garden and laying turf. Very happy with the service provided and quick response.

I had my artificial grass installed and my garden designed by JT home & garden They was very helpful very fast and friendly service Well recommended We will be using them again if needed. 100%

Needed my garden turfed after my own attempt last year (2019) was unsuccessful as in spring I lost a lot of the grass I had done from the year before.
Within 5 minutes of registering with Bark at midday Friday 29th May, JT Home & Garden called me to register an interest.
By 3:30pm that same afternoon James from JT Home & Garden had called round to do the quote.
On Monday 1st June, he called and said he could come round in the afternoon and do the work. James arrived after 3pm and by 7pm my garden was level and new turf had been laid. At all times he was polite, his communication was engaging and he worked hard.
I was given clear instructions on best practices over when to water the grass, how long to leave the lawn to let the ground settle before it could be walked on.
