John and his team did a superb job at my mums house. They came the very next morning because my mum was very worried about the height of the fir tree. They started the work that day making the tree safe in vile weather. They came back and finished the job in equally horrible weather, clearing the garden fully. John replied to my Bark request within minutes. He called the next day to give a quote after first explaining exactly how he would tackle the very large tree we wanted removing. The tree was also sited very near to a neighbours bungalow and shed. He started immediately. The tree took 3 days to remove and each branch had to be assessed before taking down so as not to cause any damage. JT and son are fully insured. Each day John would explain what they would do. They left the site very clean and took away all the tree, branches and cleared the sawdust away.
