JSA Service is a specialist Air-Conditioning Company that specializes in Servicing and Maintaining Chillers, within our Company, we have both office-based staff and satellite engineers that have a wealth of experience in Maintenance and Service/Repairs on all types of Air-Conditioning equipment such as VRV, Splits and Close Control Units.

Since our founding in 1973, we have established an unrivaled reputation for quality and commitment to service. Our engineers are all trained to the highest and most recent industry standards, with our back up staff also being highly trained and kept up to date with all aspects of modern technology, environmental and safety issues. On larger chillers such as centrifugal, we have experienced engineers capable of detecting potential problems and rectifying any necessary repairs competently. Many of our contracts have been in existence since the company was formed which illustrates the long-term relationship we have developed with our clients and their equipment.

With over 35 year’s experience, we enjoy a unique position of being an independent supplier of spare parts to the trade of many of the well-known manufacturers in the air conditioning business, as well as some of the lesser-known or more obscure makes. Our own client list includes some of the manufacturers such as Trane, Carrier, York, and McQuay as well as independent servicing and maintenance companies. JSA Service mainly covers London and the South East and Home Counties. Recent projects involved with are Compressor overhauls on McQuay Centrifugal chillers at Cancer Research and Mothballing Trane Centrifugal chillers at Westminster City Hall.

JSA works closely with trusted independently qualified Air Conditioning Inspectors who can carry out the AC inspection requirement which is now a legal requirement for complex systems over 250kW in commercial buildings. JSA is a current member of HVCA, ROSPA, SAFE CONTRACTOR, and continue to allow external verifiers to carry out routine quality assurance checks.
