Had J&S here for the past two days supplying and fitting carpet and Vinyl to my whole house. They worked effectively and on time, in fact I let them down as waiting for decorators to finish and they were more than happy to change date and were courteous at all times. The power of customer satisfaction review. I am glad you care about your reputation Jamie. You have responded to a review here on Barks but yet lack the decency to resolve this amicably by taking calls or responding to email. Barks tried to reach out to you and you have also ignored them. Even if as you claim that the job was completed to my satisfaction and I made payment in full, I still have to right to reach out to you to report issues found after. Don't think consumers will fooled by your bullying. I won't rest until you reach out to discuss these issues. I have contacted trading standards and I have a reference number. Think about the damage this message does to your reputation and I don't care if posting here drives down your rating to nothing. I contracted J&S Flooring to install LVT flooring at my property and I feel terrible to say work was badly done with the lowest of standards. The finishing is a complete disaster and as the days passes, the awfulness of it becomes even clearer.
I was kind enough to pay J&S the outstanding amount after agreeing with them that they will come back on a later date and cleanup their mess. Behold, this was big mistake as I should have held back until they come back and do whatever they had to do.
Since receiving the final payment, they haven't bother to come back and are not reachable by phone or email. All text messages have been ignored. Complete lack of decency or respect and it really puzzles me they have a very high level of rating here.
I have opened a ticket with Bark.Com who themselves are unable to reach J&S and the issue has been escalated to Sr Management.
I plan to reach out to Trading Standards if these guys don't get back to me with a good explanation of why my calls and emails were being ignored and make amends because I'm determined to let the world know of these guys. People shouldn't be treated as such.

If J&S has a shred of integrity and decency, I am more than willing to have a discussion with them and come back with my feedback here.

I have pictures to justify all that I'm saying here, illustrating the end result of terrible work that includes gaps between tiles/strips, tiles not flushing properly, trips hanging out etc.

On the basis of the above, I will not recommend J&S to anyone. More...

This is absolutely ridiculous,the work was carried out to a high standard as all of are work always is hence all of are reviews are 5 star,you paid in full on completion after you were happy with the job and walked around then was happy to pay so this is the only time I will reply as its ridiculous to read,job carried out to high standard as normal,customer was happy with the job and paid in full now 3-4 weeks later I receive this,this is are only reply as it doesn't make any sense thankyou

Very quick and good service. Hoovered once they had finished and rubbish removed. Would use again.
