How can someone tell if their Garage is suitable for conversion?
Firstly see how much space you have whether it’s worth converting your garage how much space can you gain? Secondly , decide what you want your area to be used for. All garages are suitable for conversion depending on what you want the area to be used for like for example; a gym, a bar or if your garage is connected to your house you could gain more space and extend on top in some cases, this also gives you extra value to your property.

Find out if you have to insulate any interior walls, find out if the garage area is damp proof and has airflow depending on what your turning your garage into like for example a toilet you will need drainage and a ventilation fan for your shower if included.
