Whilst on my 2 week search for a Magic Mirror for my 30th birthday party, when making a final post for recommendations and information, Journey of life media reached out to me.
Martin emailed the different services/packages hey provides. I spoke to many people who hire out magic mirrors but Martin was the only one who impressed me. Martin wanted to know as much as he could about the event and was very passionate about wanting to link in the theme and capture my guests having a great time. From the start Martin was a joy to speak with and shared his expertise with me, along with explaining in depth with me about the different packages and what he thought would suit my party, guests and also what would suit me as the host. The packages are very affordable and different payment options were available. I was able to pay with credit card which was a relief at the time as the magic mirror was one of the last minute purchases.
Martin was well on his way running the magic mirror Photobooth by the start time agreed and stopped at the time agreed. There is an option to extend for an hourly fee.
The party was on the Saturday night and the online gallery which was password protected was emailed to me by Monday Afternoon to share with my guests so they could go on and download the images from the night.
Thank you so much Martin for providing a wonderful service and giving my guests something to enjoy! I will not hesitate to book for future events.

What makes photo booths such a great alternative to traditional photographers?
The experience is fun! It is interactive for your guests. It provides instant FREE printed photos to your guests. It can theme your photos to your event/party. You can optionally and additionally, have instant digital downloads, to your guests phones, via QR codes, so that they can share immediately, on their social media channels. As the hirer you receive a copy of every image, to cherish your event afterwards. This does not replace professional photos, but acts as a fun alternative, or supplement to professional event photos. As we are already there, Professional Photography can also happen for you. Finally the costs of the magic mirror is very reasonable.
What photo booth props do you offer?

What inspired you to start your own business?
Life's strange quirk of events and our changing world.
In the last decade we have evolved into an Instagram world, where society, likes to show others, what we are doing, through the photos we take. We have become an image orientated world. Phone technologies, allow most people, to take pretty decent images themselves, of most of our normal daily events...
So whilst, you'd expect the needs of people like me, to be diminishing, the opposite is actually happening. The photo savvy public now, want special media for their special events!
It can be 360 degree, drone, pro video, pro photos and they want it during, Life's Jourrney - Hence the brand Journey of Life Media... creating "Lifetime Memory Keepsakes"
It all started back in 2013, taking photos of my daughters and their friends at dance shows - you see, really I'm just a dance Dad! I did it for free to start off and everyone urged me to do it more often, perhaps making a living out of it. So I started a small business called Performedia, whilst I already had another business. Performedia was growing too fast in 2017/2018 and I couldn't keep up with demand. I am not one to let people down or compromise my quality and decided that 2 businesses at the same time was not the right journey.
It was my second business, so even though I loved it, I decided to close it or mothball it, for a later date to bring it back when ready, as my only business which I have now done post pandemic... In a way the timings are perfect and its now onwards and upwards from here.
