Let's be honest: Nobody 'wants' life coaching.

What you want is to get from where you are now, to a better version of you. A version that has increased confidence, less anxiety, more freedom, more control.

Life Coaching

Josh has been amazing to work with. He is very easy to talk to, he listens and understands and gives honest feedback in such a positive way. His professionalism, enthusiasm and confidence really shines through. I initially booked 3 sessions, and I got so much from them, that I have extended our coaching period and booked an additional 6 sessions, which I’m very excited about.

I feel a lot more confident since starting to work with Josh. The level of active listening and the ability to ask powerful questions that make me consider things that I hadn’t thought of has been fantastic. He is very knowledgeable and has been happy to mentor me on things that I am unfamiliar with

Coaching improves lives and is an investment, and Josh is worth every penny. He is supportive and really cares about his clients. I would absolutely recommend working with Josh, and am really looking forward to continuing working with him.

Q&As

I live by the motto, 'let other's wins, be your wins'. Helping other people to achieve their goals, dreams and aspirations has never felt like work to me; it's always been a joy and a privilege to invest in others and watch them thrive. I often get receive a 'thank you' from the people I've helped, but it honestly feels like the other way around to me, that I should be thanking them for allowing me to be a part of their journey!

People have often described me as a 'confident person', and it's true I've never been less afraid to tackle the unknown and put myself out there than I am now. But I don't 'feel' any more confident than I did 10 years ago. I still feel nervous, still doubt myself. I've just learnt a mindset that allows me to take things on, and not let fear hold me back. Knowing that confidence was more of a mindset than a feeling to be chased was so releasing and empowering. I know that this mindset would be hugely beneficial to others, and it has become my passion to help people develop their own mindsets that withstands the ups and downs of life, and allows them to take on new challenges to get the most out of life.

If you want to work with someone with real-world experience, who will dedicate themselves to your success, who will be honest with you, but will have your back and support you every step of your journey, then I will be the person for you.

I provide both online and face-to-face services. Online services usually take place through Zoom.

I predominantly offer online services, but face-to-face sessions are available where geography permits.

My approach is grounded in the '4 Pillars of Confidence', a short book I wrote whereby I took research and my own observations, and noted what confident people all had in common, including their thought-patterns and actions they took.

I categorised these factors into 4 'Pillars':
- Personal confidence
- Professional confidence
- Social confidence
- Health confidence

Investing in these 4 areas of life will:
- Allow you to discover who you are, and what's important to you.
- Push you to invest in yourself and create an ever-better you.
- Release you from the feeling of inferiority and threat.
- Set, work towards, and achieve goals that bring about real change.
- Help you feel loved and accepted for who you are.
- Allow you to become a better friend, and a more approachable person.
- Give you the motivation to look after your physical health, creating a platform for success.

Got a speaking event coming up? Whether it's to a small crowd or in front of thousands, public speaking can be a thrilling or a daunting prospect.

With the right tools, you can not only captivate your audience through your delivery, but you can learn to enjoy the experience to.

I will teach you about body language, voice control, use of prompts, and speech preparation, using the many years of experience I've gained through coaching others, and delivering at countless public speaking events myself.
