I was recommended to Paul by a friend who had used him on two occasions before. The first time we spoke, he was polite and certainly understood what I needed. My situation was awkward due to a matrimonial split, but Paul was not only sympathetic but did more than I expected to assist me in applying for a mortgage. Although it was all dealt with by mail and phone calls. Paul was impeccable in keeping me up to date and working hard on my behalf. Paul also went the extra mile and helped me arrange Life assurance and home insurance in readiness for my new house.
I haven't met Paul personally but can honestly say he has been more than helpful, and would recommend him to others in the future. I don't believe I need to worry about any future requirements, as Paul will be my first port of call going forward.

Paul is great, hard working, guides you through the whole process and is always happy to answer any questions you have. (even in the evening when I am just home from work). I cant believe the amount of money that he has saved us!!
