Q&As

The majority of our work is provided remotely. An initial consultation is usually carried out at the client's property and a site survey will also be required once the project is given the go ahead, otherwise any communication is generally carried out via telephone or email.

We offer online zoom consultations for any clients who would rather discuss the project remotely than in person for the initial consultation.
Social distancing and the use of masks.

Services

We offer an architectural design service for projects requiring statutory involvement such as Planning applications or permitted development, where a client may wish for a certificate of lawfulness to confirm that a planning application isn't necessary. These works tend to include preparing existing and proposed drawings, details and 3d visuals for your project and submitting them to the local authority.

We provide a 3d visuals (CGI) service to assist clients in visualising their projects, either white renders or fully coloured renders, with the 3d model of the property orientated as it is in real life which helps capture accurate paths of the sun and the shadows at chosen times of the year and day.

We also now offer an animation service so clients can see a walk though of their existing and new spaces, externally and through to the interior.

A fully comprehensive interior design package can be provided for clients wishing to see all chosen finishes, loose and fixed furniture (including bespoke detailing), lighting, sanitary ware and ironmongery coordinated as a whole package for their project.

A full drawing and specification package can be provided for clients looking to apply for a full plans building control application. This service offers a more comprehensive drawing package to assist builders in quoting more thoroughly and ensuring your design will comply to building regulations before it starts on site.

As an initial part of the process we encourage the client to put forward their initial thoughts and vision for the project. We then develop this initial concept design stage by providing relevant imagery to the client to ensure we are on the same path.

The project is then worked up further in the design development stage through plan and feasibility options and through the introduction 3d visualisation. Once a layout is agreed, the design drawings can be worked up further for costings or for a planning applications.
