Our care aims to support people who cannot wholly look after themselves within all sectors, providing our services to clients within their own homes ,at times most suitable for them and in ways they find agreeable.

My experience with Jocelyn Cares Domiciliary Limited has been an exceptional one. I have learnt so much about Care and safeguarding which have boosted my skills and knowledge.
The staff and management are very helpful and co operate in ways such that information and communication can be easily accessible. The Service users are the main priority and are given the utmost care and respect especially during these difficult times of the Pandemic.

What do you love most about your job?
Being able to listen and to help individuals that desperately need assistance.It is my pleasure to be in that position.
What inspired you to start your own business?
Both my elderly parents were in need of care and I had to rely on carers to help them,we had amazing carers to look after them till the end and I decided to offer that kind of care to other people.
Why should our clients choose you?
Because we are caring,have empathy,we listen,plan all care we provide with our service users and are transparent in all our dealings.

We have to visit our service users in their homes to provide our services.
What changes have you made to keep your customers safe from Covid-19?
We are constantly updating our infection control policy.Staff are using Ppe and are also being texted each week.
