Jo is punctual and so was the cleaner she sent. Jo came round to give a quote. She initially said 5 hours for the first cleaning session with 2 girls and then 3 hours biweekly. I thought 2 girls for 5 hours is a lot more than needed and she agreed. But sent 1 girl for 4 hours but she ended up spending the 5 hours anyway. If she had sent both girls I would have ended up paying less hours. The cleaner was thorough and made sure she did everything I asked. She was also really nice and pleasant and patient with my 3 year old trying to “help her”. More...
