I wanted a Care Agency that was able to meet my mums needs culturally being of Afro Caribbean decent
My mum is also blind so her needs are very specific
JK Staffing ticked all the boxes and in my mums words” I am very lucky to have such caring girls , ever single one “
Mavis the manager is amazing nothing is never too much trouble even at short notice she will try and accommodate
Unlike other care agencies where a new member of staff may turn up Mavis will always let a new member shadow existing staff
As a family we have no complaints our mum is having first class care
I would definitely recommend JK Staffing
and for peace of mind they are registered with CQC and accredited with Manchester City Council

Mavis and Steve so professional always keep me updated if any changes to carers
Induction 10/10 very understanding to my mums specific needs
So far can’t fault them and mum looks forward to the carers coming she said “they are very caring and thoughtful “

What inspired you to start your own business?
“Before starting JK Staffing, I enjoyed the challenges of working as an ICU nurse, as a Healthcare professional in a variety of settings and with many kinds of patients and service users. Also, I worked in the community as a support worker and witnessed some good and some bad practices. Live-In Care - We enable people to live comfortably in their own homes, while they are being cared for full time.
Dementia Care - If you need to arrange specialist live-in dementia care, we can help. Our carers stay in your loved one's home, for them to enjoy the familiarity of home.
Respite Care - we are always there to step in, when you need to make time for yourself from caring for your loved ones.
